Terms and Conditions Agreement for Permanent Jewelry:Our technicians employ an inspection process to ensure your jewelry is properly welded before you exit your appointment. If your Permanent Jewelry breaks AT THE WELD spot within 48 hours, then we will re-weld at no charge.We cannot offer replacements or refunds or discounts to replace lost chains, due to the personal nature of the wearer’s lifestyle, job and other external factors that are out of our control.With parental consent and accompaniment, we will weld anyone under the age of 14. Anyone under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. All young people are responsible for the jewelry once it's on their body, please see above terms for lost jewelry.
Appointment Cancellations
We understand that sometimes it is necessary to cancel or reschedule appointments. At LUV LinKed, we have a cancellation policy in place to ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients in a fair and efficient manner.
Our policy terms are as follows:
1. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours notice.
2. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, we will charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of the appointment.
3. If you do not show up for your appointment and do not give us any notice, we will charge a no-show fee of 100% of the total cost of the appointment.
a. We require a credit card on file to book an appointment, and we will charge the applicable fee to your card in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
b. Exceptions to our cancellation policy may be made in cases of emergency or illness, at the discretion of LUV LinKed.
